We stayed only two nights as we used the property mainly to visit Legoland. Connected to Sasashima-Raibu station and on the Aonami line to Legoland. One stop from Nagoya station. Highlights were the breakfast buffet with its section of Nagoya fare (Miso Katsu, Kishimein, Tebasaki and Hitsumabushi) all you can eat and sooo good! No need to seek out a specialty restaurant. Gelato bar and pancake maker were favorites for the kids. Dinner buffet was nothing special compared to breakfast. Club lounge was decent, relaxing, especially after a long day out. They had a fair selection of alcohol (wine, beer, champagne) and hors d’ oeuvres. The corner room was big for the five of us (2 adults, 3kids). The shower was GREAT, spacious and was not some pathetic drip of water. It even had a tub with bath salts that my mother used every night. The views were spectacular. Special shout out to Isamu Takai who waited on us for dinner one night. He was so warm inviting and friendly, none of the calculated politeness you would expect. He asked about our stay, where we were from and went out of his way to make sure my son did not eat any of the dishes that might contain certain allergens. As some other reviews mention, there’s not much surrounding the hotel…. there’s a few restaurants on the 1st floor, a Starbucks a supermarket and a conbini. Across the street there’s Market Square that has a Sega gaming center and a few more restaurants. For us just using the hotel as a base for Legoland, it did not disappoint.

Hotel rooms are blessed with stunning skyline views. The twin-sharing rooms offered wider beds when joined together, can be shared by adults and younger kids. The hotel surrounds are quiet and there are some food options in the adjacent Global Space mall. Kids will be entertained by a large amusement area at the Market Square building across the Hotel. For those with luggage and coming in from Nagoya station, the Hotel is a short 5-7 minute ride away. The Sasashima-Raibu station is a direct line that ends at Legoland and is one stop from Nagoya station. Secured parking is easy to locate within the basement and costs ¥2,500/ day. Hotel staff were polite and efficient in addressing our requests. Overall, we enjoyed our 4-night stay very much and will return if we head to Nagoya again.

Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

Outstanding in every way. Stylish quality, relaxing ambience and a wonderful room with absolutely fantastic views. Above all was the truly unbelievably good service / staff (at reception and in the restaurant and breakfast room). Delicious breakfast. But apart from the service what surprised me most was the tranquility. It was probably the most peaceful and calming hotel I have ever been in (and I have stayed at literally hundreds of food hotels)- not a disturbing sound to be heard anywhere, ever, despite many guests. Would absolutely recommend it.

Love this hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than hotels in Tokyo and were great for our family of 5( includes baby). The view was exceptional. The breakfast was awesome, a bit of western to east items and again the view was great. We got Club Lounge access which I highly recommend, quality drinks and food items for the entire family. Location was exceptional with station connected to hotel and one stop from Nagoya station.
